Frequently Asked Questions

1. Can I get a prescription filled being prescribed from another clinic?

Yes you can!

Have your doctor or the staff at your clinic send the prescription to us by fax at 604-305-5449.

You can also bring your prescription to our pharmacy.

Alternatively, you can submit your prescription via our online portal! Just click the button at the top of this page and we will give you a call when your prescription is ready to schedule pick-up or delivery.

2. How does Tele-Health and Tele-Pharmacist work?

Great Question!

If you require Tele-Health or Tele-Pharmacist services the steps are the same.

Give us a call at 604-305-5447 and navigate to the front desk. Ask to book a meeting/appointment for either tele-health or tele-pharmacist and we will schedule and appointment for you and send you and invite via email.

Alternatively, you can schedule this through this website! just click any of the book appointment buttons on this website and follow the steps therein and BOOM you have an appointment!

3. How does the prescription delivery work?

After you send us or drop off your prescription we will give you a call to confirm that your prescription is fulfilled, at this time you can choose to either pick up the prescription or have it delivered.

We deliver the prescriptions from 6:00 PM onwards, you will receive your prescription before 8:00 PM same day.

The best part is this service is FREE, there are no surcharges for delivery!
